Care tips
If your jar has become grainy, that’s normal due to the shea butter crystalizing and can be easily remedied. You can bring back that silky texture my microwaving the jar uncovered for 15-30 seconds intervals until JUST fully melted, give the contents a stir, and refrigerate or freeze until solid. TA DAH! The texture is back to normal!

*Although WHIFF GOOD creates a superior product, our Lotion Balms are soft and have a melting point of around 90-95 degrees (compared to the 70-80 degrees for body butters). Due to the extensive heat of summer and with most shipping methods lacking climate control, our lotion balms may arrive partially melted or liquified, if this happens to you the purchaser, don't fret! Open the jar and give the contents a little stir, place the product in the refrigerator to resolidify. Once resolidified take out and use at room temperature. For locals in the Cleveland area, shipping will likely be fast enough for this to not be of concern if the package is brought inside soon after delivery.
